started cutting hair for fearless friends and family when I was twelve years old and I continued throughout high school and college where I earned my fine arts degree at Rhode Island School of Design. I like to think my fine arts education informs everything I do including designing gardens, interiors and clothes. After a stint in the garment industry in New York, I moved to Los Angeles to attend the Vidal Sassoon Academy where I earned my cosmetology license, found my calling, and never looked back! I apprenticed and advanced to senior stylist at Vidal Sassoon Salon in Beverly Hills and later at trendy locations in West Hollywood, before bringing my clientele home to my private studio. I still return to LA regularly to serve my clients there.

I've had great luck in this industry; I've been published in Elle, Mademoiselle, American Salon, Modern Salon and many other publications, and I won the Golden Scissors Award at Vidal Sassoon and the North American Hair Association (NAHA) classic stylist award in 1994. Hairstyling my way is creative, nurturing and collaborative. While keeping abreast of the latest trends in haircuts and color it's my pleasure to create a hairstyle for you that uniquely enhances your features, your style of life, and your hair texture. In Fort Collins, I've already begun forging the warm relationships that characterized my 22 years of experience in Los Angeles.
